Punjab Board Committee of Chairmen approved the HSSC 11th and 12th revised schedule for submission of admission forms. All the BISE boards i.e. Bahawalpur, DG Khan, Faisalabad, Federal, Gujranwala, Lahore, Multan, Rawalpindi, Sahiwal, and Sargodha will follow this amended HSSC schedule for the intermediate first year and second year.

Last Date of Form Submission with Single Fee
The last date of receipt of admission forms with single fee is January 04, 2023, to March 12, 2023. Candidates are advised to submit HSSC admission forms between the dates mentioned.
Last Date of Form Submission with Double Fee
The last date of receipt of admission forms with double fee is March 13, 2023, to March 22, 2023. Candidates are advised to submit HSSC admission forms between the dates mentioned.
Last Date of Form Submission with Triple Fee
The last date of receipt of admission forms with triple fee is March 23, 2023, to March 30, 2023. Candidates are advised to submit HSSC admission forms between the dates mentioned.
