According to the notification, petrol has been increased by Rs 3 per liter, after which the price of petrol has gone up from Rs 100.69 to Rs 103.69 per liter. Kerosene was increased to Rs 5 per liter and now its price has gone up from Rs 65.29 to Rs 70.29.
Similarly, high-speed diesel was increased by Rs 5 per liter and light diesel oil by Rs 5 per liter. The price of high-speed diesel has gone up from Rs 105.43 to Rs 108.44 per liter and the price of light diesel oil has gone up from Rs 62.86 to Rs 67.86 per liter.
The increase in prices of petroleum products will take effect from 12 midnight and the prices will be applicable for the next 15 days.
