Prime minister Shahbaz Sharif take this initiative of PM National Laptop Scheme in 2013 for the Talented Youth of Pakistan. Keeping this fact in mind that the need for the education and research for Talented students for their academic session Laptop is necessary. HEC provide laptops to the students who are at the beginning of the their academic years so that they avail opportunity and benefit from this. - Those who are going to apply in PM Laptop scheme must read the eligibility criteria before submitting the application form.
- Students who are studying in Secondary or higher secondary education as well University students are eligible to apply for the PM Laptop Youth scheme 2023.
- An applicant who get the 50% Marks in his annual matriculation examination
- Students who pass FA,FSC/ICS with 60% marks.
